Instructions

  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour.
  5. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  6. Spread the dough on a baking sheet and dimple it with your fingers.
  7. Top with sliced onion, cheese, and oregano.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
