Ingredients

- 2 cups of thinly sliced onions
- 1 cup of grated cheddar cheese
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix the sliced onions with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the onions on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes until they are golden.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs over the onions.
- Return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
