Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Boil the baby potatoes until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  3. Drain the potatoes and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Add cream cheese, sour cream, and milk to the potatoes.
  5. Mix in the ranch seasoning and half of the cheddar cheese.
  6. Fold in the bacon bits and green onions.
