Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, milk, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the sliced potatoes and stir until well coated.
- Transfer the potato mixture to a greased baking dish.

- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
