Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into fries.
  3. Toss the fries in olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the fries on a baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  5. While the fries bake, cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
  6. Once the fries are done, remove from the oven and top with cooked beef, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese.
  7. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
