- 4 large russet potatoes
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and cut the potatoes into fries.
- Toss the fries in olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the fries on a baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- While the fries bake, cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
- Once the fries are done, remove from the oven and top with cooked beef, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with sour cream and sprinkle with green onions before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add jalapeños for extra spice.
- You can substitute ground turkey for a leaner option.
