- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with chopped onion.
- Drain excess fat from the beef.
- Add rice, beef broth, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet.
- Stir well to combine all ingredients.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.

- For extra flavor, add your favorite vegetables.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
