Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice zucchinis into 1-inch thick steaks.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Brush the mixture over both sides of the zucchini steaks.
- Place zucchini on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of the steaks.
- Bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
