- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese

- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a baking dish with butter or oil.
- Layer half of the sliced potatoes in the dish.
- Mix cream, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Pour half of the cream mixture over the potatoes.
- Sprinkle half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top.

- Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
