Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add melted butter and milk, and stir until combined.
- Fold in mozzarella, Parmesan, and minced garlic.
- Grease a muffin tin and fill each cup with the mixture.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
