Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, cheese, minced garlic, sour cream, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Place a tortilla in the pan and add a portion of the chicken mixture.
- Fold the tortilla over the filling and cook until golden brown.
- Flip and cook the other side until crispy.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
- Serve warm.
