- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add flour, salt, and melted butter to the mixture. Knead until smooth.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll the dough into small circles and fill with cheese and garlic.
- Roll them up and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
