Description

A delicious twist on classic grilled cheese with cheesy garlic bread and shrimp.


Ingredients

  • 4 slices of garlic bread
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Instructions

  2. Spread butter on one side of each slice of garlic bread.
  3. On the unbuttered side, layer mozzarella cheese, shrimp, and parsley.
  4. Top with another slice of garlic bread, buttered side up.
  5. Grill until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Remove from heat and let cool for a minute before slicing.
