A creamy and cheesy chicken dish with broccoli and orzo.
Ingredients

- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the orzo according to package instructions, then drain.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add broccoli and sauté for 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Add shredded chicken, cooked orzo, chicken broth, and milk to the skillet.
- Stir in garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes until heated through.
- Remove from heat and stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- This dish can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Feel free to use leftover rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Add more cheese for a cheesier flavor.
