  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the orzo according to package instructions, then drain.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add broccoli and sauté for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  4. Add shredded chicken, cooked orzo, chicken broth, and milk to the skillet.
  5. Stir in garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Cook for 5-7 minutes until heated through.
  7. Remove from heat and stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
  8. Serve warm.
