Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken, broccoli, cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Mix well until everything is evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
- In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs with olive oil.
- Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the casserole.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can use pre-cooked rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like carrots or peas.
- This casserole can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
