- 1 head of cabbage, chopped
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large pot, boil cabbage until tender, about 10 minutes.
- Drain and transfer cabbage to a mixing bowl.
- Add chopped onion, garlic, salt, and pepper to the cabbage.
- Mix in the sour cream and half of the cheddar cheese.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Top with remaining cheese and breadcrumbs.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Notes
- Feel free to add cooked ground meat for extra protein.
- Use any cheese of your choice for variation.
