Ingredients

- 1 lb brussel sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a baking dish, toss brussel sprouts with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
- In a bowl, combine heavy cream, cheddar cheese, and half of the Parmesan cheese.
- Pour the cheese mixture over the brussel sprouts.
- Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

- Use fresh brussel sprouts for the best flavor.
- Feel free to add bacon for extra flavor.
