Ingredients

  • 1 lb brussel sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a baking dish, toss brussel sprouts with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  3. In a bowl, combine heavy cream, cheddar cheese, and half of the Parmesan cheese.
  4. Pour the cheese mixture over the brussel sprouts.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
