Cheesy broccoli baked potatoes are a delicious and satisfying dish that combines baked potatoes with cheese and broccoli.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and poke holes in the potatoes with a fork.
  3. Bake the potatoes for 45-60 minutes until tender.
  4. While the potatoes bake, steam the broccoli until tender.
  5. In a bowl, mix the sour cream, milk, butter, salt, and pepper.
  6. Once the potatoes are done, cut them open and fluff the insides.
  7. Add the sour cream mixture, broccoli, and half of the cheese to the potatoes.
