- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or a blend)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prep all ingredients by measuring pasta, ground beef, and broccoli.
- Cook the beef in a skillet with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until browned.
- Blanch fresh broccoli in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, then drain and cool.
- Combine cooked pasta, browned beef, cream of mushroom soup, and blanched broccoli in a mixing bowl, adding 1 ½ cups of shredded cheese.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and spread evenly.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C), sprinkle remaining cheese and breadcrumbs on top, and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
