- 1 lb ribeye steak, sliced thin
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cups provolone cheese, shredded
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add sliced steak, onion, and bell pepper to the skillet.
- Season with salt and pepper. Cook until steak is browned and vegetables are soft.
- Add beef broth and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in provolone cheese until melted and smooth.
- Toss cooked tortellini in the sauce until well coated.
