Instructions
- Cook the tortellini according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add onions and bell peppers; sauté until softened.
- Add ribeye steak; cook until browned.
- Mix in cooked tortellini.
- Top with provolone cheese; cover until melted.
- Season with salt and pepper; serve hot.
