- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 4 hamburger buns
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add the chopped bell pepper, onion, and mushrooms. Cook until softened.
- Stir in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Top with provolone cheese and let melt.
- Serve on hamburger buns.
