Instructions

  3. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
  4. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  7. Fold in diced apple into the cookie dough.
  8. Take a portion of dough, add cream cheese mixture, and form into a ball.
  9. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes.
  10. Drizzle caramel sauce over warm cookies before serving.
