Delicious cheesecake perfect for Thanksgiving.
Ingredients

- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 4 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/2 cup sugar, and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth.
- Add vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in sour cream and flour until combined.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the pan.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until set.
- Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Serve with whipped cream or fruit topping if desired.
- Can be made a day in advance for best flavor.
