Delicious cheesecake-filled egg rolls, crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside.
Ingredients

- 8 egg roll wrappers
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add chocolate chips if desired.
- Place 2 tablespoons of filling in the center of each egg roll wrapper.
- Fold the sides over and roll tightly to seal.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Fry egg rolls until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
Notes
- Serve with chocolate or caramel sauce for dipping.
- Can be baked for a healthier option.
