Description

Delicious cheesecake filling wrapped in crispy egg rolls.


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Place a spoonful of the mixture in the center of each egg roll wrapper.
  3. Fold the wrapper and seal the edges with water.
  4. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the egg rolls until golden brown on all sides.
  6. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  7. Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs before serving.
