Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sugar

  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and egg yolk until smooth.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the cheesecake mixture on the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Roll up the triangles, starting from the wide end, and place on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
