Description
Delicious cheesecake filling wrapped in flaky crescent rolls.
Ingredients

- 1 can of crescent roll dough
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and egg yolk until smooth.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of the cheesecake mixture on the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll up the triangles, starting from the wide end, and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
- Serve warm for best flavor.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Can add fruit topping if desired.
