Cheesecake crescent rolls are a sweet and easy dessert that combines creamy cheesecake filling with flaky crescent dough.

- 1 package crescent roll dough
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, egg yolk, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of the cheesecake mixture on the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll up the dough, starting from the wide end, and tuck the ends in.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush with beaten egg.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
