A delicious combination of cheesecake and brownies.
Ingredients

- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, melt the butter and mix in sugar.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Stir in flour, cocoa powder, and vanilla.
- In another bowl, blend cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Spread half of the brownie batter in a greased pan.
- Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the brownie batter.
- Top with the remaining brownie batter.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Let cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Can be served warm or chilled.
- Add chocolate chips for extra flavor.
