Description

A delicious combination of cheesecake and brownies.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, melt the butter and mix in sugar.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
  4. Stir in flour, cocoa powder, and vanilla.
  5. In another bowl, blend cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  6. Spread half of the brownie batter in a greased pan.
  7. Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the brownie batter.
  8. Top with the remaining brownie batter.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
  10. Let cool before cutting into squares.
