Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 slices of cheese
- 4 hamburger buns
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, onions, zucchini)
- 2 medium potatoes, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt and pepper.
- Form 4 patties and place a slice of cheese on each.
- In another bowl, toss potatoes and mixed vegetables with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place each patty and a portion of the veggie mix on a sheet of foil.
- Wrap the foil tightly around the ingredients.
- Place the wrapped meals on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the burgers are cooked and the veggies are tender.
- Unwrap and serve hot.
