Description

Cheeseburgers wrapped in foil with fresh veggies and potatoes.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 slices of cheese
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, onions, zucchini)
  • 2 medium potatoes, diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt and pepper.
  3. Form 4 patties and place a slice of cheese on each.
  4. In another bowl, toss potatoes and mixed vegetables with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  5. Place each patty and a portion of the veggie mix on a sheet of foil.
  6. Wrap the foil tightly around the ingredients.
  7. Place the wrapped meals on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the burgers are cooked and the veggies are tender.
  9. Unwrap and serve hot.
