Cheeseburger quesadillas are a tasty twist on the classic burger, combining ground beef, cheese, and tortillas.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup diced pickles
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
- Add onions, pickles, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Place a tortilla in a separate skillet over medium heat.
- Spread a portion of the beef mixture on half of the tortilla.
- Sprinkle cheese over the beef mixture.
- Fold the tortilla in half and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
- Cut into wedges and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add spices or herbs.
- Serve with salsa or sour cream.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
