Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup diced pickles
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
  2. Add onions, pickles, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Place a tortilla in a separate skillet over medium heat.
  4. Spread a portion of the beef mixture on half of the tortilla.
  5. Sprinkle cheese over the beef mixture.
  6. Fold the tortilla in half and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  7. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
  8. Cut into wedges and serve warm.
