Description

A delicious twist on classic quesadillas with a cheeseburger filling.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup pickle slices
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
  2. Add diced onion and cook until translucent.
  3. Stir in mustard, ketchup, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place a tortilla in a separate skillet over medium heat.
  5. Spread a layer of the beef mixture on one half of the tortilla.
  6. Top with cheddar, mozzarella, tomatoes, and pickles.
  7. Fold the tortilla over and cook until golden brown on both sides.
  8. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
  9. Cut into wedges and serve hot.
