A delicious twist on classic quesadillas with a cheeseburger filling.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup pickle slices
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
- Add diced onion and cook until translucent.
- Stir in mustard, ketchup, salt, and pepper.
- Place a tortilla in a separate skillet over medium heat.
- Spread a layer of the beef mixture on one half of the tortilla.
- Top with cheddar, mozzarella, tomatoes, and pickles.
- Fold the tortilla over and cook until golden brown on both sides.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
- Cut into wedges and serve hot.

- Feel free to customize with your favorite toppings.
- Serve with salsa or sour cream.
- Can be made with ground turkey for a lighter option.
