A delicious twist on the classic cheeseburger, made into a quesadilla.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup pickles, chopped
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
- Add onions and cook until softened.
- Stir in ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- On half of each tortilla, layer beef mixture, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, tomatoes, and pickles.
- Fold the tortillas over to cover the filling.
- Cook each quesadilla in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown and cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Slice and serve warm.

- Customize with your favorite toppings.
- Serve with salsa or sour cream.
- Use whole wheat tortillas for a healthier option.
