Description

A delicious twist on the classic cheeseburger, made into a quesadilla.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup pickles, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
  2. Add onions and cook until softened.
  3. Stir in ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  4. On half of each tortilla, layer beef mixture, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, tomatoes, and pickles.
  5. Fold the tortillas over to cover the filling.
  6. Cook each quesadilla in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown and cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  7. Slice and serve warm.
