A simple one-pot recipe for cheeseburger gnocchi that combines the flavors of a cheeseburger with soft gnocchi.

- 1 pound gnocchi
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef and onion over medium heat.
- Drain excess fat.
- Add the beef broth, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in the gnocchi and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 5-7 minutes or until gnocchi is cooked.
- Stir in the cheddar cheese until melted.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- You can add pickles for extra flavor.
- Feel free to use ground turkey for a lighter option.
- Top with additional cheese if desired.
