Description

Cheeseburger egg rolls are a fun twist on a classic dish. They combine the flavors of a cheeseburger with a crispy egg roll wrapper.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup pickles, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 12 egg roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  2. Add onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until onions are soft.
  3. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  4. Stir in cheddar cheese and pickles.
  5. Place 2 tablespoons of the mixture in the center of each egg roll wrapper.
  6. Fold and seal the wrappers tightly.
  7. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
  8. Fry egg rolls until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  9. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
