Description
Cheeseburger egg rolls are a fun twist on a classic dish. They combine the flavors of a cheeseburger with a crispy egg roll wrapper.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup pickles, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 12 egg roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Add onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until onions are soft.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Stir in cheddar cheese and pickles.
- Place 2 tablespoons of the mixture in the center of each egg roll wrapper.
- Fold and seal the wrappers tightly.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Fry egg rolls until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
Notes
- Serve with ketchup or your favorite dipping sauce.
- These can be baked for a healthier option.
