A delicious cheeseburger wrapped in a crunchy tortilla.
Ingredients

- 1 large tortilla
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1 slice cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 1/4 cup pickles
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
- Drain excess fat and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the large tortilla on a flat surface.
- Layer the cooked beef, cheese, onions, lettuce, ketchup, mustard, and pickles on one half of the tortilla.
- Fold the tortilla over to cover the filling and press down to seal.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the wrap until golden brown on both sides.
- Cut in half and serve warm.
Notes
- Adjust toppings based on your preference.
- For a spicier version, add jalapeños.
