Description

A delicious cheeseburger wrapped in a crunchy tortilla.


Ingredients

  • 1 large tortilla
  • 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 1 slice cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 1/4 cup pickles
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
  2. Drain excess fat and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the large tortilla on a flat surface.
  4. Layer the cooked beef, cheese, onions, lettuce, ketchup, mustard, and pickles on one half of the tortilla.
  5. Fold the tortilla over to cover the filling and press down to seal.
  6. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  7. Fry the wrap until golden brown on both sides.
  8. Cut in half and serve warm.
