Description
Cheeseburger bomb bites are delicious, bite-sized snacks filled with cheese, ground beef, and seasonings.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup pickles, chopped
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef with onions until browned.
- Drain excess fat and add ketchup, mustard, pickles, salt, and pepper.
- Remove from heat and mix in shredded cheese.
- Open the biscuit dough and flatten each piece.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each dough piece.
- Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Serve warm for the best flavor.
- Can be made ahead and frozen before baking.
