Ingredients

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the zucchinis in half lengthwise and scoop out the insides.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fill the zucchini halves with the cheese mixture.
  5. Place stuffed zucchinis in a baking dish and top with marinara sauce.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the zucchini is tender and cheese is bubbly.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
