Description
These cheddar-stuffed deviled eggs combine creamy yolks with sharp cheddar for a tasty twist on a classic appetizer.

- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Chives for garnish
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot and covering them with water. Bring to a boil, then cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 12 minutes.
- Cool the eggs in cold water, then peel them.
- Cut the eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks.
- In a bowl, mash the yolks with mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
- Garnish with chives before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a dash of hot sauce.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
