Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 lb bacon, sliced
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Take a small amount of the beef mixture and flatten it in your hand.
- Place a tablespoon of cheddar cheese in the center and wrap the beef around it, forming a ball.
- Wrap each ball with a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick if necessary.
- Place the bacon-wrapped balls on a baking sheet.
- Brush BBQ sauce over each ball.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bacon is crispy and meat is cooked through.
