Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and spices.
- In another bowl, combine pumpkin puree, maple syrup, oil, and eggs.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients.
- Mix until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing.
