Easy homemade cereal bars.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup honey
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup dried fruit
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix oats, honey, and peanut butter in a bowl.
- Add chocolate chips and dried fruit.
- Press mixture into a greased baking pan.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Let cool and cut into bars.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Can substitute nut butter as needed.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more honey.
