Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Rice the cauliflower using a food processor.
  3. Steam the riced cauliflower for 5 minutes.
  4. Let it cool, then squeeze out excess moisture.
  5. In a bowl, mix cauliflower, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  6. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Add pizza sauce and toppings.
  9. Bake for an additional 10 minutes.
