A healthy alternative to traditional pizza crust made from cauliflower.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 medium cauliflower, riced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Rice the cauliflower using a food processor.
  3. Steam the riced cauliflower for 5 minutes and let it cool.
  4. Once cooled, squeeze out excess moisture using a cheesecloth.
  5. In a bowl, mix the cauliflower, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  6. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Add your favorite toppings and bake again for 10 minutes.
