Ingredients

- 1 medium cauliflower, grated
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Grate the cauliflower and place it in a large bowl.
- Add eggs, breadcrumbs, cheese, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form small patties from the mixture.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the patties until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.

- Serve hot with dipping sauce.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
