Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

  3. Add shrimp and cook until pink.
  4. Add mixed vegetables and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Stir in cauliflower rice and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Create a well in the center and pour in beaten eggs.
  7. Scramble eggs until cooked, then mix with rice.
  8. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
  9. Cook for another 2 minutes and serve hot.
