  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • Celery sticks, for serving
  • Blue cheese dressing, for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter and coat well.
  4. Place the coated florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes until crispy.
  6. In a separate bowl, combine buffalo sauce and melted butter.
  7. Remove cauliflower from the oven and toss in the buffalo sauce mixture.
  8. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
