- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups cooked pasta
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Drain excess grease from the beef.
- Add the cream of mushroom soup, cooked pasta, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet.
- Mix well until combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
