Instructions

  3. In another bowl, combine sugar, brown sugar, and vegetable oil. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
  4. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
  5. Fold in grated carrots and walnuts.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let it cool before frosting.
