This is a delicious bread dipping oil inspired by Carrabba’s restaurant.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
- Add the oregano, basil, garlic powder, and crushed red pepper flakes.
- Season with salt and pepper as desired.
- Whisk until all ingredients are well combined.
- Let it sit for at least 30 minutes for the flavors to meld.
- Serve with your favorite bread.

- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Allow it to come to room temperature before serving again.
