Ingredients
- Turkey – 1 whole (12-14 lbs)
- Beef brisket – 5 lbs
- Pork ribs – 3 lbs
- Chicken thighs – 2 lbs
- Butter – 1 cup
- Garlic – 6 cloves, minced
- Rosemary – 2 tbsp, chopped
- Thyme – 2 tbsp, chopped
- Salt – 2 tbsp
- Pepper – 1 tbsp
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Rub the turkey with butter, garlic, salt, pepper, rosemary, and thyme.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and cook for about 3 hours.
- While the turkey cooks, season the beef brisket with salt and pepper. Smoke it for 6-8 hours until tender.
- Prepare the pork ribs by seasoning and grilling them until cooked through.
- Cook the chicken thighs in a skillet until browned and fully cooked.
- Let all meats rest before slicing and serving.
- Serve with your choice of sides or sauces.
